At Kkanso Living we don’t offer refunds on purchases.

EXCHANGE POLICY 
At Kkanso Living we don’t offer refunds on purchases but we do accept exchange on only Table Linens under specific conditions.

  • The product is unused, unstained, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and labels are intact.
  • The exchange request is initiated within 24 hours of receiving the package.
  • Exchanges can be made for an item of the same or higher value.
  • Exchange requests can be made by contacting Kkansoliving@gmail.com
  • Please note that shipping costs from the original purchase will not be included in the exchange credit. You will also have to bear the shipping cost again.
  • The exchange will be initiated within 7-8 days of receiving the packaging at our end .

RETURN POLICY
While we do not offer refunds on purchases, we do accept returns under specific conditions:
Your purchase is eligible for replacement only if it meets the following conditions:
- the product is damaged
- The order is incomplete
- the wrong product is delivered.

  • The replacement shall be processed only if its customer furnishes a video of opening the package in which along with the proof of claim brand-name is clearly visible on the box and also ensure the original packaging is intact for a reverse pickup in original condition with labels tags and the box.
  • The reverse pickup is to be coordinated and paid for by the customer.
  • In case the customer fails to furnish the required proof of such claim Kkanso living shall not be liable to make any replacement.

At kkanso living we do our best to provide the finest quality of products. Our fabric is not guaranteed against natural wear and tear, fading and shrinkage along with other variations.

All our products are handmade by experienced artisans and therefore slight variation in colour, tone, shape or size may occur between products which is not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for a return or replacement.

Actual product colour may vary from its image. Every mobile monitor display has a different capability to display colours. Lighting conditions at the time of shoot can also affect an image's colour.

Incase of :
- Incorrect shipping address number
- recipient refuses the package
- the product is left outside the house or door

Kkanso living is not responsible for the loss. If it returns to us then we would be happy to re-ship the package at an additional shipping cost.

If your purchase means a replacement criteria as stated above please mail us at kkansoliving@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Order Number
- Delivery Address and phone number
- Unboxing video and pictures

The replacement will be initiated within 7-10 days of receiving the packaging at our end.

Damages-
- damages or items missing reported after 24hours will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- in case of damage, we will replace the damaged merchandise as per our return policy if we are unable to send a replacement we will offer an alternative or store credits

The following products are not eligible for replacement:
- the products bought on sale cannot be returned.
- customised orders are not eligible for return or exchange as they have been specially customised for you.
